Description

“Surviving the Shift: A Grounded Workshop on Secondary School, Neurodiversity, ADHD, and Reality.”

Join us at our campsite in Chedworth for a supportive, in-person morning workshop with Rose from Oiut of Sync Coaching.

Designed specifically for parents navigating the daunting transition of sending an ADHD or neurodivergent child up to UK secondary school. Focusing on practical, realistic guidance—recognizing that ADHD doesn’t conform to rigid habits, and it’s completely okay if a strategy doesn’t work all the time. Together, we will look at managing executive function, reducing sensory overload, and establishing proactive safety plans before September. Rose will also be sharing her own family’s lived experience to help lift the shame and fear around severe mental health crises, equipping you with real understanding rather than false perfection. You will receive free sensory reset cards to take home, and you will have the exclusive opportunity to look at and pre-order the physical safety and regulation kits in person, alongside half-price access to future sensory needs assessments.
